Our Leadership Lab intends to bring leaders together, help them better understand leadership challenges, develop creative ideas, and share insights. We facilitate them to incubate solutions, deepen their understanding of the leadership challenge, and dive into action.Ā 

Busark Leadership Lab is a safe and unique place where organisational leaders learn through various means, including making mistakes and gaining profound insights.Ā We help you deal with the environment by developing the leaders-required skills and capabilities through learning by doing.Ā Ā 

Our Leadership Labs support the following levels of leadership within an organisation: C-suite, Top Management, Middle Managers, New Managers, supervisors, and top performers looking to move up. The labs allow these groups to share their progress, try out ideas, get feedback, or share their results. We offer Leadership Labs customised to an organisation as well as leadership Labs open to different companies.Ā

Executive Leader Program

This Lab is tailored to the experience level of executive leadersĀ andĀ focuses on building "adaptive leadership" skills.Ā This Lab intentionallyĀ includes a small cohort, allowing leaders to dive deeper and be vulnerable with each other.

Positive Leadership Ā 

This lab is designed to increase new leadersā€™ ability to achieve their goals while maximising the experience of the people they lead (or will lead).

It is tailored to the experience level of rising leadersĀ andĀ focuses on building "adaptive leadership" skills.Ā Leaders will learn the core competencies of positive leadership, the mindsets of highly effective leaders, and best practices for engaging others and delivering results. This lab delivers insights, provides coaching, and creates opportunities for individual gains in:Ā 

  • Self-awareness, confidence, and leading authentically.Ā 
  • Creative leadership, resilience, and decision-making.Ā

Women in LeadershipĀ 

Our Women's Leadership Lab will guide women in leadership and help them discover what would work for them after an intensive week of deep diving. By looking at the hard facts and the soft skills, participants will be equipped to become powerful contributors at the most senior levels of any organisation. The Lab will also provide a safe space for the women leaders to share and discuss different experiences as a woman leader and the different perspectives on women in leadership.Ā Ā 

Creative Scars

This Lab will focus on growth through failure. As part of the experience, participants will go through creative exercises that will push people out of their comfort zones and into an activity that might set them up for failure. The group will explore their creativity scars and how a scarred or wounded self-image limits personal and professional development. The lab will also address the need for leaders to promote a healthier work environment to enhance the value employees bring to the workĀ

COACHING FOR PERFORMANCE

Ā Our one-on-one session will bring the self-awareness needed by individual leaders, and this will improve the leaderā€™s capability to perform, develop and grow.Ā 
This session aims to help individuals accelerate toward their ideal future. TheĀ session also gives them tools that will help them manage and improve their employees' productivity. Our consultants will offer one-on-one coaching sessions guided by the outcomes of the different assessments. This will help bring the self-awareness they need to define their future. Coaching improves the leaders' capabilities to perform, develop and ultimately grow. It will also improve their interpersonal skills, facilitate goal attainment and bring focus, thereby reducing the tendency to procrastinate.Ā

The Team experience - (For customised Leadership Lab)Ā 
At Busark, high team collaboration, problem-solving and commitment will drive organisational success and performance. Our Labs are a fun environment whilst our exercises and assimilation activities open dialogues and share ideas and insights on how to lead, inspire, motivate, and build winning teams. Teams of leaders participate in a series of exercises and simulations designed to create the urgency and ambiguity that frequently accompanies real-life leadership challenges. At the end of each simulation, they analyses the decisions and behaviours they exhibited to build greater self-awareness.Ā
