The objective is to build a coherent high-performance team for your organisation. The Lab will utilise the team’s strength, allowing participants to tap into their expertise, passions, and talents, leading to impactful results. The team will leave the Lab with enhanced trust, relationships, and an adjusted leadership style. 

Embracing yes, fostering leadership, and building trust.
This session aims to bring a consensus awareness on how collaboration looks to the team. Leaders will enhance their communication and interpersonal skills. The big picture lets the team see the connections between different initiatives and departments. This helps them to understand that their work relates to the bigger goal. This sense of purpose provides value by giving employees a meaningful reason to work together. The workshop concentrates on developing many skills: openness to new ideas, active listening, building trust, tolerance, self-awareness, and inclusivity. On leaving the Lab, participants would have developed skills that will help them effectively lead their work and people.

An experiment with conflict and consensus building.
The objective is to help participants develop the skill where they learn to compromise. 
Resolve conflict, develop emotional intelligence, and have peaceful, productive interactions with others. This session will be an experiment of conflict resolution and consensus-building strategies. After the Lab, participants will develop skills in negotiation, pro-social behaviour, assertiveness, cooperation, effective communication, and handling difficult conversations. They will also develop social and emotional competencies such as respect for others, social empathy, emotional awareness, and compassion. In addition, they will realise that no one is right or wrong and understand the importance of reaching a consensus to get the most out of any situation. 

Designing the future of the team and organisation 
This Lab aims to help executive leaders focus and develop a competitive advantage from organisational design. It will help leaders to invent new ways of organising work to achieve their vision. The sessions will facilitate an environment where leaders will empower one another to build and discover the ideal future state of their organisation. After the workshop, the executives would have made strides in designing for agility and creativity, building capabilities and coaching skills. 

An experiment of individual and team effectiveness and decision-making.
This aims to bring out this encounter where people experiment and experience real-life simulations through our survival exercises. 

Our simulations are designed to develop diverse cognitive skills such as critical thinking, scientific reasoning, and deep learning. After this session, teams will: 

• demonstrate the value of problem-solving, participative decision-making, synergy potential, and group process impact.  
• get stronger and better together on both individual and group levels.  
• gain insights into real-world situations authentically and engagingly.  
• be able to make difficult decisions and taste out their stamina.  
• experience and see the impact of their decision-making without real-world consequences. 
• Discover their blind spots and learn from them. 

Self-discovery, positive psychology. 
The objective is to help leaders self-discover themselves to help them create a thriving workplace culture in alignment with this knowledge-based era.

This session will help leaders to develop the skills and focus on individual strength as well as team strength development leading to positive outcomes. Leaders will invest in their employee strength by gathering the right teams consisting of people who complement each other.

We will show leaders how to challenge employees to use their talents in new ways. After this session, leaders’ self-awareness will be heightened.

This approach leads to improved employee engagement and productivity, which fosters a high-performance culture.
